Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email to info@thecannabisco.co.za with the heading “Returns” and an brief explanation in the main body. We will accept products returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund please make sure of the following

• Product is within its 30 days of purchase
• Product has not been used
• Product has not been damaged
• Product has been returned to us

Any product that does not fit our returns policy (for example if half the product has been used), will not be eligible for a refund.
