Dosage
- Always start with the lowest dosage and build it up accordingly to 5 drops. Do not exceed the maximum dosage per day.
- 3-5 drops under the tongue before breakfast and before lunch (start with 3 drops and build it up to 5 drops) N.B. 1 drop at a time underneath the tongue for maximum absorption!
- Nebulise 3-5 drops in 30ml of water starting once a day building up to twice a day
- Eyes: 1 drop twice a day
- Ears: 2 drops twice a day
